A new multi-family housing community will be taking shape in Penfield, NY (Monroe County). The complex will consist of five, four-story apartment buildings with both below-grade and at-grade parking. The residential mix will consist of both one and two bedrooms units ranging in size from 810 – 1,220SF. In addition to the residences there will also be a community clubhouse with proposed swimming pool, fitness center and other resident amenities. Site work is anticipated to begin in late second quarter 2014.
A new 4,200 SF single-story project is underway in Geneva, NY (Seneca County). The building will be the new home to a local physical therapy business and is Phase I of a possible two-phase site in the Town of Geneva. Site work is currently underway and construction is scheduled for completion early second quarter 2013.
A proposed independent living housing project is in the works in Western Monroe County. The project will consist of a single, three-story, 87 unit building with at grade amenities. Site plan approval is complete and drawings are anticipated to be completed in the second quarter 2014 with site work to begin around the same time.
A proposed mixed-use project is being discussed for the Village of Newark NY (Wayne County). The uses could range from retail to business to housing or could be a combination of any of these. The project would consist of a single, new building as well as site improvements. The proposed project is in the very early planning stages and no approvals timeline has been established to date.
