The Lyons National Bank’s new Seneca County office officially opened on Saturday, January 8, 2011.
The full-service building located at 2433 State Route 414 in Waterloo will offer customers and businesses deposit and loan products. In addition to the drive thru, 24-hour ATM, commercial lending, residential mortgage and financial services offices, the new 4,525 square foot building will house a community room in honor of the late Earl “Red” Wadhams for his distinctions and involvement with the Seneca County community.
The new LNB branch was designed to have a classic feel with the use of traditional columns, vaulted entrance canopies and pediment style roof features. The clean lines and forms on both the interior and exterior reinforce the image of Lyons National Bank. The use of brick and stone on the exterior reinforce the ‘stability’ of what people come to expect from their bank.
The floor plan offers a footprint which allows for an efficient use of space and a comfortable amount of circulation. This plan also offers a clear separation of public and private as the staff space rings the perimeter of the central public zone. Circulation for both staff and public is rationalized with more generous clearances and enhanced security. The parking lot offers easy access to the bank entrances from multiple locations.
