Janus III, the Greek word for secret, is a six story speculative building for downtown Rochester. Mossien Associates joined Christa Construction and Flaum Development in exploring the possibility of completing the Washington Square Park section of the city. Located on the corner of Woodbury and St. Mary’s streets, our design complements the historic Geva Theatre building, while at the same time creating a strong presence to balance the larger Blue Cross / Blue Shield and Bausch & Lomb tower buildings.
This new building design represents a commitment to the rejuvenation of the City and pays homage to the historic roots of the Upstate New York masonry and stone industries. Intended to house Class A office space, this design would be a beautiful addition to Downtown Rochester.
