Bidding And Negotiations
This process is quite important for ensuring a successful project. In the bidding portion we may have an invited bid list for private clients or an open bid list for public clients.
During this bidding period documents are disseminated, addendums to the documents may be issued for clarification, additions or deletions to the documents. It is critical that communications, verbal or written, and especially e-mail are recorded and tracked. When the bids are received they are scrutinized, a bidder is selected and we assist you with a contract with the successful contractor.
